Return & Refund Policy

At Valdoire, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping: we cover it for defective or damaged items; for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, contact support@valdoire.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will email you return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back to the address on the original parcel—use only the return address we provide.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method with a processing time of 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
